Service Coordinator

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • The ability to troubleshoot and resolve service request by way of phone, chat and or email with customer or end users and service tech on a daily basis per department requirements and standards.
  • Daily entering of communications entered into ERP and placed in the appropriate status allowing review by Rolland ERP system, including the 3rd party IVR system status at time of event.
  • The ability to maintain the required dispatch level of Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, per department requirements and or set standards.
  • Ability to order and negotiate pricing with vendors for product purchases per department requirements and or set standards.
  • Ability to communicate well with sub-contractors and customers.
  • Ability to negotiate labor pricing and attendance with sub-contractors, vendors and customers.
  • Ability to work shift work, weekends and holidays including work from home.
  • Continues training of product and implementation of RSL and other manufacturer.
  • Must have dispatching knowledge.
  • Check customer profile and confirm accuracy for each account.
  • Quality Control of all content in the service request prior to being submitted to accounting.

Qualifications Summary

  • Accurate typing for data entry (alpha and numeric)
  • Multitasking and working in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of markup and set rates pricing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills/call center environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems

Measures of Success

  • The ability to maintain the required dispatch level of Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, per department requirements and or set standards.
  • The ability to maintain the required update status level for 3rd party IVR systems per department’s requirements and or set standards.
  • Ability to communicate well with sub-contractor and customer.
  • Ability to negotiate pricing and attendance with sub contractors, vendors and customer.
